Policies Criteria Checklist

The Policies Criteria Checklist is to provide the BizCert Accreditation Assessment Unit with a detailed understanding of the applicant's current business operations and policies.

Applicants are required to submit the completed and acknowledge copy of the BizCert Accreditation Policies Criteria Checklist together with the supporting documents. The supporting documents required for the BizCert Accreditation will be provided via email upon successful application.

Applicants may also login to their BusinessPortal@ATC account to retrieve the required documents for submission.
