The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted and may continue to impact businesses in different ways, ranging from minimal to existential threat. Global efforts in containing the outbreak through restrictions has caused major shifts in consumers behaviour and disrupting global supply chains.
Several scenarios exist for what the post COVID-19 pandemic “new-normal” will be. The current experience has no doubt reshaped business practices, many or some that will lead to permanent changes. Evaluating and having a guide for your business will help you in determining what products or services that your business should be offering.
Whether you should continue with your current offerings or having the need to adapt or pivot in line with expected changes in consumer preferences and behaviours.
Together with our partners and enterprises from different industries and sectors, we have consolidated and prepared the COVID-19 Business Recovery Toolkit for Singapore Businesses.
