If you wish to appeal against an assessment decision of your application, you must submit your appeal via this form provided. Please note that ATC will only review appeals that are submitted via the appeal portal.

Only applicants whose outcomes of their application is known (ie: approved or rejected) may submit their appeals.

Please refrain from submitting multiple appeals as it will slow down the process. In your online appeal, you are required to state the reason(s) for appeal and upload one (01) file to support the appeal.

We aim to update you of your appeal status within fourteen (14) days.
