Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for various administrative duties (eg: perform the role of Centre communications, updating of application status, manage applicant's / members updates).
- Process, verify and update Singapore businesses information and directories.
- Review of internal and administrative SOP.
- Handle SMEs, members or individual's queries on application filed with the Association.
- Other adhoc administrative duties.

Requirements:
- Good command in English.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Meticulous and IT savvy.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Able to work under pressure and within tight timelines.

Responsibilities:
- To assist the Association in reaching out to enterprises seeking development, and to provide support and assistance.
- To handle Enterprise's queries on the Association's programmes, support and assistance schemes.
- To assist the Association in management of enterprises, members, partners and vendors.
- Support senior management in deriving and analysing possible impacts of policies and programmes on businesses.
- Support industry officers in their engagements with enterprises.

Requirements:
- Good command in English.
- Possess good networking and analytical skills.
- Good organizing, planning and coordinating skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Meticulous and IT savvy.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Able to work under pressure and within tight timelines.
- Good appreciation or industry experience with local companies is an added bonus.
