The Executive Council (Exco) is the main body responsible for setting the Association's strategic direction and ensuring its mission to advocate and champion for the interests of Singapore's enterprises is effectively fulfilled. Composed of distinguished leaders from diverse industries, the Exco provides governance, formulates key policies, and oversees the implementation of impactful initiatives.

The Exco is supported by the Secretariat, which is responsible for executing the day-to-day operations of the Association. Together with the Community Office, the Secretariat is led by the Management Team and supported by a team of dedicated officers that manages the day-to-day activities, coordinates stakeholder engagements, and supports the strategic vision of ATC through the delivery of programmes and advocacy works.
