Theme: Talent in the Age of AI: Skills, Employability and Workforce Transformation
The session will feature SMS & Mayor Low Yen Ling, Sam Liew (CEO, NCS and ITE Board Member) and Jenny Wee, BBM (Founder, GoodJobs & The Social Equity) as they discuss how AI is reshaping jobs, skills and productivity, and how employers can build a future-ready workforce by tapping into Singapore's emerging talent pipeline, including ITE graduates.
In addition to the panel discussion, participants will embark on a learning journey through ITE College West's industry facilities, including Hotel West, Spark Wellness Hub and the Rail Engineering Hub, providing employers with first-hand insights into how students are being trained and prepared for careers in hospitality, wellness, engineering and other growth sectors.
The audience will comprise business owners, HR leaders and hiring managers from a wide range of industries. We are expecting approximately 150 to 200 participants.
Important Note: Employers who are interested in participating in the ITE College West Career Fair on 21–22 August 2026 are strongly encouraged to attend goodConversation @ ITE College West. Participation in the symposium will be a key consideration for career fair participation and booth allocation. As places are limited, early registration is encouraged.
