We have received reports notifying that third parties are contacting members listed in the Award Winners Registry for commercial purposes, promoting and selling marketing packages purported as "business awards". Members have also received unsolicited WhatsApp messages claiming that they are invited for various "awards". Please be advised that ATC do not issue invitation of such through messaging platforms (eg: WhatsApp). Businesses are advised to exercise precaution and verify the party's identity. Cyber Security Excellence Award - Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions shall be binding upon the submission of the Cyber Security Excellence Award ("CSEA") application through ATC's application portal.
The submission of an application does not constitute to the application being shortlisted and/or approved. Only shortlisted applicants will be notified and shall proceed to the judging and assessment stage.
The applicant is to ensure that supporting information and/or documents provided to the Assessment unit for the application of the CSEA are complete, true and accurate. Information provided are strictly for referencing purposes only and th e assessment unit shall perform the necessary information verification and/or assessments with the CSEA supporting partners and/or agencies.
The applicant is to provide updated information, materials and/or documents upon request from the assessment unit. Such information, materials and/or documents are to be provided in digital format and uploaded through the applicant's BizPortal account.
Upon submission of the CSEA application, the applicant hereby agrees and acknowledges that the assessment unit shall commence assessments, verification, background checks, referencing and any other related searches (herein referred as 'searches') in support of the CSEA application. Such searches shall be conducted at the sole discretion of the assessment unit and such information shall remain strictly classified.
An assessment fee of S$ 2,009.96 (inclusive of 9% GST) is applicable for shortlisted applicants.
The judging and assessment process will not commence unless the assessment fee has been cleared and all required supporting documents are provided through the applicant's BizPortal account.
It is important that the applicant maintains a positive credit rating on both individual and corporate level. In the event where the assessment fee has been overdue for a period of more than seven (07) days, the following actions will take immediate effect:
a. The shortlisted applicant's status will be revoked;
b. The applicant will be disqualified from the CSEA;
c. Applicant and his/her managing business(es) may be barred from future applications.
The judging and assessment results and conclusion of an application by the assessment and judging committee is final and binding. We regret to inform that no appeal(s) will be accepted in the event of application's rejection.
The assessment and judging committee shall not be liable for any loss of of application related documents, information, materias and/or payment. The applicant is to exercise due dilligence in the process of making such submissions.
The assessment and judging committee reserves the rights to amend, revoke and/or disqualify the status of the CSEA application if the applicant has been found to have breached in any of the areas:
a. Information has been found to be inaccurate and the applicant failed to provide disclosure for such information;
b. Fraudulent misrepresentation of applicant and/or business information;
c. Civil and/or criminal proceedings filed against the applicant;
d. Trading and/or fiscal policies have been found to be of unethical;
e. Outstanding payment due for assessment fee of more than seven (07) days;
To maintain the integrity and uphold high standards of the CSEA, the assessment unit shall, at its own discretion to perform periodic review of applicant to ascertain the status of awarded applicants. Such decision shall remain final at the sole and absolute discretion of the assessment unit.
CSEA Winners are authorised to use the CSEA media files for promotional and marketing purposes. It is agreed that such file(s) shall not be modified, changed, amended and/or altered and are to be represented in a dignified and respectful manner in the course of incorporation. Such media files includes:
a. Media files included in the CSEA Digital Welcome Kit;
b. Ceremonial and media releases.
The applicant agrees to indemnify the CSEA assessment unit, judging committee, Cyber Security Agency of Singapore, Association of Trade & Commerce (Singapore), CSEA affiliates and partners againsts any and/or all lossess arising from the application and/or participation of the CSEA.
Any decisions made by the CSEA assessment unit and judging committee shall be final and binding.
