Members of the public have reported that they have received unsolicited WhatsApp messages claiming that they were invited for various business awards. Businesses would then be requested to make payment of at least $3,000 for the purported packages.
Please be advised that ATC do not issue any invitation for our programmes through message platforms such as WhatsApp. Members of the public are advised to verify the sender's identity.

Members have reported that they were being contacted by individuals claiming to be able to accelerate ATC's accreditation assessment process.
Through phone call, the caller would first promote its marketing packages purported as "awards", and upon being informed that an application has been submitted with ATC which is undergoing assessments, the caller would inform that they are able to assist the business in accelerating the assessment process. Businesses would then be requested for payments.
We would like to advise that all assessment processes are handled by ATC and each applicant are assigned with authorised officers for assistance or communications. We do not authorise any external parties for the purpose of assessments.
