Understand about the SG JobsConnect Programme

SG JobsConnect was launched to increase the employability within our local enterprises. This allows an additional avenue for locals to seek employment within Singapore's businesses and to enable direct application-to-hiring process between individual and business. SG JobsConnect opens up employment opportunities to more than 20 trade industries and business sectors, allowing individuals to benefit from the range of available job openings.

SG JobsConnect and its relating consultations are provided at no-cost for individuals and businesses.

SG JobsConnect for Businesses

Businesses can now post available openings with just a few clicks!

With SG JobsConnect, job openings can be posted by filling up a simplified form. The openings will then be placed under the 'Job Seekers' portal where interested individuals will submit their application under the posted jobs. Businesses will be notified through email when an applicant submits his/her job application. The applicant's information will be available through the BizPortal account too.

The processes are direct, providing the hiring business the full profile of the applicant which allow hiring business to form a decision (eg: for interview or hire) in an effective and efficient manner.

Businesses being part of the Yellow Ribbon Community Project.

Promote social reintegration and corporate social responsibility by supporting ex-offender in applicable job openings under the Yellow Ribbon Community Project (YRCP)! Under the YRCP, ATC shall assist the participating business in matching the best fit candidate for the available position.

A case officer will be assigned to ensure that the candidate's reintegration processes are aligned, constantly working with the participating business on any feedback relating to the matched candidate. Participating businesses will also be assisted on employment related matters for up to 12 months.

Jobs Matching for Individuals - Supporting our local Job Seekers

Individuals may access the SG JobsConnect portal to browse through available jobs. To apply, you will require to login to your SG JobsConnect account to perform an application for the selected job opening.

Individuals who requires assistance or career advice may also approach our Community Office for consultation. Consultation sessions are provided to better understand your career goals to assist in a suitable match for available jobs.
